Hello Paradise!
First and foremost, I would again like to thank Joe Pallozzi for his dedicated leadership over the past two years.
Second, I want to remind you that the Paradise Community Association continues to welcome all interested neighbors to become members. Simply complete the application and either bring it to our next meeting or mail it to us. Our association is only as strong as the strength in our numbers, so please consider joining.
As old man winter gets closer and closer, it is time to think about some basic winterization projects:
caulk around windows, insulate your attic, replace any old and drafty windows, replace your furnace filter, cover your outside A/C unit and check your car’s battery and coolant level.
If you attended our last meeting, you were made aware of some the criminal activities that recently occurred in or near our neighborhood. Please remember to turn your front and back porch lights on at night, lock your car every time you leave it and NEVER open your door to anyone you do not know. Also, please report any suspicious activities as well as any criminal activities to the police as soon as you observe them.
